Ok, so we've got...
husband home, studying his arse off.
Lora visiting this month and studying spanish intensively.
housemate Amanda has the flu.
dog in heat.
and I've been running around crazily all day going to the dentist, eyeglasses shop, grocery store, etc. etc.
tomorrow I get to stay home and tidy things up around here. and hopefully get myself a little more centered and organized.

Seems like after a painfully slow autumn and winter things are suddenly shifting into high gear.

This weekend was very SOCIAL. Saturday we went to the annual Alternative Encounter fair. There are vegetarian food booths, loads of handcrafts booths, workshops, theater and music. Very colorful and inspiring. Definitely a highlight of living in Sevilla. We met there for our weekly Triburbana core group meeting. Sunday we went out to the fair again, then picked up our friend Lora at the bus station. Lora is from the UK and is staying with us for a month. She is taking an intensive spanish course. We know her from 24-7 Prayer. Then Mark and I went to the Peliqueria, weekly film discussion group. The film this week was 21 Grams with Sean Penn and Benicio Del Toro. It was really good, well acted and well made. I would like to see it again in English. One more film marked off on my list of films to see.

Continue to be horrified by the train bombings in Madrid. I am amazed at stories of people I know that normally take those same trains but for some reason or another were not on them that day.
