We are going to Sweden end of next month!! Yippeee!! Jonah just got the flight booked yesterday. We will get to visit Markus and Mia and all kinds of cool people. I never, ever, ever thought I would go to Sweden twice in my lifetime. God is so cool!!!

Go to Jonah's blog to see pictures of our trip to Morocco.

We picked Kati our doberman up from the kennel yesterday...all she's done since she's been home is sleep. She must not have slept the whole time we were gone...

I really appreciate being home...having a hot shower, drinking from the tap, the use of a clean, sit down toilet, being able to walk in the streets on my own and talk with men without fear of upsetting social taboos, clean sheets on my bed...all things I normally take for granted...not after a short trip to Morocco. which I do love Morocco by the way and the culture and the people, but I am glad to be home.

We made it back from Morocco!! safe and sound. no Jonah didn't trade me for any camels. no I didn't get kidnapped or diarrhea from the water. it was a really good trip. if a bit more expensive than we remembered it being 3 years ago, pre euro. The prices are now similar to Spain. But the country is so visibly poor. Economically that is. NOT culturally. Rich and beautiful culture. and the food!!!
YUM!!

So, back at home. ready to get on with the new year and all of the ideas and goals I thought up while we were in moroccan buses and trains. Should be a good year!!
